Transformation videos – what's the reality behind them?
On YouTube and elsewhere, many videos in the style of "fitness transformation" can be seen. These videos mostly appear in the format of changes happening in 1, 3, or 6 months. However, such videos have two main problems.

Reality of fitness transformations - tricks in images and videos
On YouTube and elsewhere, many videos in the style of “fitness transformation” can be seen.
Most of these videos follow a format showing changes that happen in 1, 3, or 6 months.
By the end, a very attractive transformation can also be seen.
However, such videos have two types of problems.
The first problem is that most of the people shown in these are already individuals with good muscle memory.
There are people who fake this as a scam, but even in genuine transformations, most of the people shown are those who already had previous muscle memory.
People who once had good muscle, after not working out for a while, reach a state where the muscle becomes less visible and is replaced by fat (e.g., bodybuilders during the off-season).
When such people work out consistently for a month, the old muscles become visible again quite easily.
Another major point is the techniques used to take the before and after photos.
In the first photo or video, they usually stand in a way that makes them look very fat by pushing out their stomach and using bad lighting.
In the second one, they flex their muscles and take the photo with good lighting.
When we see it, it feels like a very big change has happened.
But what is shown is highly exaggerated.
It’s better not to expect the same results for ourselves just by watching such transformation videos.
Also, those working in the film/fitness industries do this with a lot of expert help (+performance-enhancing drugs), which is not practical for normal people.
